   Proposal Description:
   1. To determine if there are certain genetic variants that are associated with    clinical phenotypes in mild behavioral impairment, mild cognitive impairment,     and dementia                                                                      2. To develop a polygenetic scoring system to predict progression of MBI to MCI   to dementia                                                                       3. To determine if there is an association between genetic variants and plaque    location at time of autopsy
